The Café
Located under the same roof as our Pilates studio in Brussels, Muse Café offers its own rhythm, warmth and quiet energy.
We work with carefully selected ingredients, favouring quality and short supply chains whenever possible. Just honest food, prepared with care.

Some of our classes are also offered in a women-only session, offering a dedicated space for those who prefer to practice in an all-female environment.
These classes are clearly indicated when booking, making it easy to choose the session that best suits your preferences.
Mommies at Muse
At Muse, we place value in offering movement experiences for our students through all phases of life.
Pregnant or postpartum students can find perinatal friendly classes clearly indicated on our schedule.
These classes offer modifications without missing out the breathing techniques, deep core connection, and spinal and hip mobility that is greatly beneficial for pregnancy and recovery.

At Muse, we offer two strong concepts of pilates and movement classes that take place in small groups : Reformer classes, deeply rooted in both the classical pilates and modern principles of anatomy, and MA’AT classes, a rhythm-based mat practice designed to strengthen, lengthen, and refine the body through intentional movement.

You can book your session directly through our online booking platform or via our app, where you’ll find the full schedule and available classes.
You can begin with a Discovery Pass to experience the studio and try different classes at your own pace.

We ask you to not use your phone during the class and highly recommend you to leave it in your locker.

If you cannot attend your class, you must cancel at least 8 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a late cancellation penalty. Credit holders will lose their credit for late cancellations or no-shows.
For our students that have a membership, the first cancellation within a rolling period of 30 days won’t incur charges. Starting from the second late cancellation, a fee of 5 euros will be charged to your account. However, all no-shows will be charged 10 euros.
Please note that cancellations must be made through the website or App only.

It is important to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class starts so you have time to check-in and leave your stuffs in the changing rooms. As a first timer, we recommend you to show up at least 15 minutes before.
We do not accept any delay, the class room closes 2-3 minutes before it starts for the smooth running of the class. If you realize you won’t make it on time, cancel your class to avoid no-show fees if you have a membership but you will automatically loose your class credit for this last minute cancellation.

Our classes welcome women of all levels, including complete beginners.We offer different class levels so you can start where you feel comfortable and progress at your own pace. Our instructors guide each session with care, helping you understand the movements and build confidence over time.
At Muse, there is no pressure to keep up, you simply begin where you are and move forward from there.

Just come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes. If you don’t have them, don’t worry, these can be purchased at the studio.
The studio is equipped with everything you need for your session. Changing rooms are also available so you can prepare for your class in comfort.
It’s mandatory to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the beginning of the class so you have time to settle in and start your session calmly.

Yes, of course. Muse Coffee is open to everyone and can be enjoyed independently from the studio.
Some come for the class and stay for a coffee. Others simply walk in for a bagel and discover the studio along the way.

Yes. Some of our classes are pregnancy-friendly, allowing you to stay active and move safely with the support of our instructors.
Those sessions are specifically marked as pregnancy and postnatal friendly, where coaches provide adapted guidance and care throughout the class.

Muse was designed as a space where you can take a break from your day and make that moment as easy and accessible as possible.
For this reason, changing rooms with showers are available before and after your session. Shower towels are also provided on-site, along with everything you need to make your experience enjoyable: shower products, a curated skincare selection, and hair styling tools.
